We took over Rønne Vandrerhjem in January 2024, which was the realization of a long-standing dream of jointly running a place with overnight guests, where we can both offer our skills.

Adem Akdeniz has run a restaurant for a number of years in both Ballerup and later 7 years in Rønne.

Anja Akdeniz Jensen is a trained school teacher, and has worked in both the primary and independent school world for 15 years.
